The purpose of the meeting is to provide the public with an opportunity to review and comment on ALL of the items listed below:
PID #231639 – owned by George, Kenneth and Ian Stewart: An amendment to the General Land Use Map in the Official Plan 2017 to re-designate a four acre portion of this parcel of land from the current Resort Accommodations to General Commercial and an amendment to the Zoning Map of the Zoning and Subdivision (Control) Bylaw 2017 to rezone a four acre portion of this parcel of land from the current RD2 (Resort Accommodations) Zone to C1 (General Commercial) Zone.
