This award was created in 2008 in memory of Dr. Kent Ellis in recognition of outstanding commitment to volunteerism in the community and the award was presented this year to Garth MacNeill.
Garth MacNeill has sat on planning board for a number of years and is always willing to lend a hand at any time of the year when needed throughout the community.
